Warnings and bannings.
If you break any of the above rules,

First you will get a emailed warning.

Second time offense you will be banned for a week.

Third time for a month.

Fourth time, you are unsalvagable and will be banned permanently, plus prosecuted if they try to get on after their final banning.

Everyone will get the same chances, but main things are no attacks, cut out the fluff posts, no foul language.
You all should know how to act, and if you have a freind who is out of control, talk to him, because they will all be held to the set rules, period.

I don't want to hear any crying and moaning over those who get banned because they can not play by the rules either.
